Privacy Policy

Short version: MiniApp generates custom mini-applications from your descriptions using AI. We collect only what is necessary to make that work. We do not sell your data. Your generated apps are stored locally on your device.
1. Who We Are
MiniApp ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile platform that generates custom mini-applications on demand using artificial intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the MiniApp mobile application and associated services at miniapps4u.com.

2. Information We Collect
Account information
- Email address — used to create and authenticate your account.
- Password — stored as a salted hash; we never store it in plain text.
App-generation requests
- The natural-language descriptions you type when asking the AI to build a mini-app. These are sent to our backend and passed to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your app configuration.
- Generation metadata: timestamp, whether generation succeeded or failed, which component library version was used.
Generated mini-apps
- The JSON configuration files produced for your apps are stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not upload or store them on our servers after delivery.
Analytics
- Aggregate generation success/failure counts — used to monitor service health. These are not linked to individual users.
- Feature-request logs — when your request exceeds current app capabilities we log the request category (not your exact words) so we can prioritise future development.
What we do NOT collect
- Location data
- Contacts or calendar
- Camera or microphone input
- Device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, serial numbers)
- Any data from children under 13
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the service — authenticate you, send your description to the AI, and return a working mini-app.
- To improve the service — aggregate analytics and feature-request categories help us decide what to build next.
- To maintain security — monitor for abuse and protect accounts.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.
4. AI Processing (Anthropic / Claude)
Your app-generation descriptions are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's own Privacy Policy governs how they handle API inputs. We pass only your description text — no account details or device identifiers are included in API calls.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Anthropic — your app descriptions are sent via the Claude API to generate configurations (see Section 4).
- Legal obligations — if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.
- Business transfer — if MiniApp is acquired, your data may transfer to the new owner under the same privacy terms.
6. Data Retention
- Account data — retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Generation logs — retained for 90 days for debugging, then purged.
- Aggregate analytics — retained indefinitely in anonymised form.
- Local app data — stored on your device only; uninstalling the app removes it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard protections: HTTPS in transit, hashed passwords at rest, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability please contact us at matviyiv.nazar@gmail.com.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format).

9. Children's Privacy
MiniApp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
